Thank you for adding a folder for me!

I'm Christy Nicholas, and I'm an author, artist, accountant... I'm running out of 'A' professions, here.

I have two travel guides published (one on Ireland, one on Scotland) and two novels, one historical fiction set in Ireland in 1846 and one based on the true story of my parents' 30-year quest for love.

I take photographs, mostly of Ireland and Scotland (now Iceland, too!), I create digital paintings, and I make beaded jewelry.

In my spare time (ha!) I am an accountant during the day.

I live with my husband and pets in western New York, having just moved here from PA. Before that, WV and Florida. And Michigan as a child. Yes, I'm a gypsy.

My pets are a dog named Dax (Star Trek), cats named Mallory, Cyril and Lana (from Archer), and sugar gliders named Arya and Sansa (Game of Thrones).

I just finished the first draft of my sixth novel. Wow! Six. I never thought. Now I'm wrestling with my editor to get my edits for novel three, as it's due out in June. Unfortunately, I am writing novels faster than my publisher is getting them through the pipeline, and I've got a backlog. I hate sitting on projects...
