I am aware some have not read King's Cage yet but let me just say, the LGBTQ addition was both a shock and welcome surprise. I am a feminist who loves these books because they are amazing along with they have a strong female lead who can fight for herself.

Hey! I'm Andrea. So about a year and a half ago, I read all the Red Queen books and novellas back to back. But then, Aveyard released King's Cage *sigh*. I wanted to read it so bad, but when I picked it up, I realized I had no idea where we had left off. So, I had decided I would reread the books, but I feel guilty every time I try, because my TBR pile is just so large. Hopefully talking about the books is enough to jog my memory and then I won't be totally clueless.

You left off with Maven telling Mare to kneel in front of him. The last words of the book are "I kneel" It's when she's captured and in the Gold collar
