Stephen Jones | 5 comments The company I commission books for (Jessica Kingsley Publishers) has just published a new book called Billy Bramble and the Great Big Cook Off by Sally Donovan which I'd wholeheartedly recommend - it is really funny with great illustrations, but also addresses some of the social/emotional challenges that some adopted children have. Sally is an adoptive parent and gifted writer, but doesn't explicitly state Billy's own family background in the story. Particularly appealing for fans of Wimpy Kid, etc. Here is a link: http://www.jkp.com/usa/adoption-foste... Steve Jones
