I liked the movie for what it was and the book for what it is. What did bug me though about the movie was how tall Tris was to Christina! Anyone else get buged by that?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!
Yes!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't seen the allegiant movie should I watch it?? also it insanely annoyed me that Christina was shorter than Tris, it always annoys me when the actors that are cast have a very visible difference to the way they were in the books
I haven't seen the new one yet, but I enjoy them pretty close to equally. Obviously the books have the advantage. Lol.
Does anyone think it was just an attempt to make another Hunger Games?

I did.
I did.
It's been a while since I read the book but i really enjoyed the movie. Only Four looked very different, not in a bad way. Just different. I didn't enjoy reading Allegiant and am more apprehensive about going to see the movie. Emelia- I don't think there will be another movie?
I liked Divergent as a book way better, though I enjoyed the movie, but Insurgent I thought was actually better as a movie because they ended up changing a lot of the stuff I didn't like in the book. Haven't seen Allegiant yet, but it looks good so I'm hopeful. I really didn't ike that one as a book,so maybe I'll like the movie lol

You took the words out of my mouth! But, I haven't finished reading the book, nor have I seen the movie.

@JJ I think it's probably good to finish out the book, but meh, it just wasn't anything as wpic as the first. I kniw people were mad about the ending, but I just wasn't into the storyline at that point and didn't like the rotating POV since the characters sounded too much alike.

I shall finish the book before I watch the movie, maybe it'll change my perspective.

You should be able to tell whose head you are in when you are reading from different POV's

I didn't like that they changed the books so much either! It's like the books and the movies are totally different, they don't have any common feature. If it continues this way, perhaps they won't (view spoiler) either.
