Nice! I was really in the book and I just finished it today, but I'll be glad to discuss (and I'll try to not spoil anything, of course)! Where are the ace club supposed to be by now? (like at which chapter?)1) It doesn't seem to have a camp for me in Lunaside. The writing field wasn't really there, it's a shame (or I missed a hint?). But without a Writing Camp, the Film Camp would suit me too, I guess.
2) I like Bayley and Moira, I couldn't really explain. It seems like the kind of friendship who suddenly were there in some incredible level of closeness. I love this kind of friendship, who starts without realizing how much they become close quickly, how much they already love the other and how funnier is their life with the other in it. The friendship who starts simply and will never gonna stop (hopefully).
3) I saw myself as half-Andrea half-Millie tbh. I don't know where everyone's supposed to be in the book, so I don't know what we know exactly about them. So I'll just say I'm like, an Andrea who's fond of books and not films. Speaking of situations, there I really don't know how to answer without potential spoilers ~
Hooray, bought the book yesterday, finished it today.1) ART CAMP! ART CAMP ART CAMP ART CAMP! Besides that, I also love Karten's idea for Writing Camp, but the Act Camp parts were some of my favourites.
2) Moira and Jude. Yes, I loved the Bailey/Jude and the Bailey/Moira one too, but I like that Moira had a crush on her. It didn't work out, but they're still friends and nothing's changed. It's refreshing to read that, because it often happens that it gets awkward afterwards.
3) Moira and Millie. I related to the shyness and the introversion. With Moira, I could also relate to her love for art. Also, Layla is a tea-loving asexual. ME TOO.
1) the camp I would want is a Computer Camp, or Programming Camp.2) the only friendship that feels more fleshed out is Moira/Jude, to be honest. And so far I feel like Moira/Millie as a friendship - the way they're more open with each other - would be the closest to my friendships. I hope all of the relationships get fleshed out way more - but Moira/Shapiro I hope grows to be something more positive.
3) I think maybe Millie? I'm kind of shy with brand new people but if I'm comfortable then Im more open. And I relate to her love of books.
1) I would love a writing camp, but Art Camp is pretty great, too :)2) I really wanted Moria/Mille to be more of a friendship, honestly. I think they would've been really good for each other, if only they hadn't such strong attraction to one another. The best actual friendship, imho, was Jude and Rory. I just loved their bickering.
3) I used to be more of a Millie, but I think I'm becoming more of an Andrea (but with books instead of film).
I love this book so much. I only have one chapter left in the book and I really wanna finish it so badly. I won't spoil don't worry.1) I would probably join drama camp, but the idea of starting a writing camp is really appealing to me. though I would be a terrible counselor because I'm extremely bad in big groups especially when I have to take charge.
2) I don't really have a favourite friendship in Lunaside I think though I really like the thing Moira and Shapiro have going on.
3) I can really identify with Millie because I'm bad in groups and really love to read. I guess her awkwardness is also a lot like me.
I can really identify with the fact that she also doesn't go to the bonfire because I would try to avoid those kind of social situations with people I don't know very well too.
I adore that art! Anyways, I’d like to join drama camp I thin because it’s the only thing in high school I wanted to do but didn’t because of the people already in it. Realistically, a writer camp would be best for me. I don’t have a favorite friendship yet, mostly because we aren’t super into those away from home bonding moments yet. I’d like to see more of Layla and Jude. There are a few situations I can relate to. I’ve been to summer camp twice, the first kind was great, the second time I was just homesick. I also have the weird I’m not sure if I like that girl or I want to be her/am her feelings.

You asked for discussion questions and J.L. Douglas went above and beyond to even commission this adorable art! Now as promised, Lunaside discussion questions!
1) What camp would you join? If none seem for you, what camp would you like introduced to Lunaside?
2) Do you have a favorite friendship in Lunaside? If yes, who and/or why? If not, why not? Are there friendships you hope to see featured more as we read on?
3) Are there situations and/or characters you can identify with, if so how?
