Lets read books! discussion

This is a chat were we can choose books to read! I know all of us are trying to reach goals and some are interested in reading together and having discussions. This group was originally created so Jo and I can read The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss together and I just decided to just make a big group out of it. So feel free to recommend books to do buddy reads with.

I've been putting off reading The Name of the Wind, but this is the perfect excuse :) I'm definitely joining the readalong!

I am glad you are joining. Jo I am guessing is starting it this weekend. Kris and I are going to start it Monday because we are doing #TBRTakedown this weekend.

Me too. I'll be starting it some day next week. I will be needing maybe one or two days without reading after TBRTakedown.

That is why I have the chapters separated in groups of ten so that way you can go in on that part of the discussion and hopefully not get spoiled as much.

Welcome to everyone who has joined so far! I have just finished Chapter 1, and I most definitely feel drawn in already! I won't do any discussions for a few days, since you guys are doing the takedown..

I am sorry ya'll. I am a bad moderator. I have been crazy busy with school and then other readathons that I thought would be intresting have popped up and taken me away. Next week is finals and rybsat. I am hoping after that I can try and catch back up and try and finish this book and then put a poll up for the next book.

Hey guys sorry I made the group and abandoned it. I feel bad. I see people are still commenting on the lower chapters of the name of the wind. I would like to know if you guys would like me to set up the next book for those of you whom have finished it or if you would like to suggest other books to read? I will try my best to remember this group is a thing and try and take better care of it. I hope to eventually finish the name of the wind. So let me know what you guys would like to do. I can open a recommend books topic and then we can take and pick from that.
