I stop at the balcony opening. "Fair warning, I'm terrified of heights, so I'm not going near the rail."

"Vertigo is a douche purse." I slowly ease myself onto the floor using the wall as a leverage. "The view's pretty though."

"I, uh, read a book with it in it." I start, and then realize what Alec just said. "Oh! I..." I blush, not knowing what else to say.

I blink. "Alec.." Stealing my nerves, I take a deep breathe, and kiss his cheek.
