• Great Graphic Novels for Teens list from the ALA's Young Adult Library Services Association. They put out a rec list every year.
• Graphic Novels Lib Guide created by Sophia Brewer.
• Also, this is a little messy, but Brewer also has a post on collection development for graphic novels, which has some great links to mailing lists, etc.

What a great resource, Dana, thanks! I got very excited to see Bad Machinery right there on the front! That series is a hidden gem of children's/middle grade graphic noveldom. (I've only been able to read the first book, but I'm a follower of the web comic.)
