Have any ideas of what we should have in our exam?

You could have questions like "If your teammate was kidnapped by a dark guild, what would you do to get him/her back?". The questions could be based on what would you do in a situation. To see who would be the best qualified, who shows the most skill. Stuff like that^^

Well, a good idea could be, "snatching certain eggs all across the arena." They will all be guarded by S-class, and the first two to get their's back to the main group camp become S-class, winning the competition.
