Alex was bored. And it was no fun teasing Leo when he was asleep. He opened the door, gazing around boredly and laying him in the bed, once he found the bedroom that is. Well. Snooping time. He grinned mischievously, eyeing everything around him.
Alex walked up to the chest, humming quietly as his eyes began to glow. He invaded Leo's mind, searching for the whereabouts of the key.
Alex furrowed his eyebrows, walking up to Leo and glaring down at him before reaching in, touching the chain, eyes widening faintly. Warmth radiated off of Leo. And it made him pause because he himself was cold. Entirely. His body temperature could not get above thirty degrees.
Alex blinked, snapping his hand away. WOOP that looked suggestive. Ew he couldn't even stand the thought of Leo thinking that-no no no. Leo was below him. Gross. He shook his head, "Weak" he muttered hatefully, taking a blanket and stuffing it in Leo's face.
Alex smirked at his struggling, stopping and dusting himself off, "I wonder what food you have in your fridge" he said, walking out and into the kitchen.
Alex gasped, banging on the door, "DON'T MAKE ME BREAK THIS FUCKING DOOR DOWN ON YOU!" He suddenly shouted, panting heavily, "OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR NOW!" he growled.
Alex was on the verge of having a panic attack now, kicking and slamming at the door before suddenly taking his scythe out and slicing it in half, crawling out and huffing out heavily. He was extremely claustrophobic.
Alex took the one bottom half of the door and slowly walked up to Leo, before of course raising and, and promptly beating the shit out of him with it, smacking down like Thor and his mighty hammer.
Alex didn't even react, releasing the door as his eyes went wide and he fell to his news trembling, "I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry" he chanted, rocking back and forth.
Alex was up in an instant and had him by the throat, slamming him into the wall, eyes glowing bright, "If you, EVER do that again, I will have you removed from the elder council and TERMINATED" his grip only tightened, "Is this a game to you?! Do you honestly believe you're higher than everyone else?! STEP DOWN FROM YOUR PEDESTAL OR I'LL SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS" He tossed him, turning and storming out.
Alex sat on the couch, kicking the table in his rage. How DARE Leo defy him. He was taking time out of his BUSY fucking schedule to do this for him and Leo was being an ungrateful PRICK. Oh he would make this SOOO much harder on him.
Alex was in the kitchen by then, the sound of sizzling bacon on the stove top accompanying a sweet, syrup scent.
Alex glanced at him, setting a plate of rather delicious looking food on the counter and clearing his throat, "Next lesson" he said blankly, staring at him expectantly, "Sit down" he ordered.
Alex glared at him, pushing the food away a bit before placing a hand on Leo's neck "Starvation" he said blankly, making him know and understand that concept.
Alex grumbled, "STAND STILL" He growled, forcing the knowledge of starvation into him, eyes narrowing.
When Alex finished he glared down at him, "I could fuck you every which way, then we'd see who the real whore is" he said, quite exhausted himself, but not seeming to care. "Eat. You'll need it." he muttered. That was the reason he'd set the food out. Because no one could truly understand a concept unless they themselves experienced it. So he forced the feeling of starvation into Leo.
Alex stared at him, blankly, before averting his eyes and chuckling, "Welcome to the club" he mumbled, turning away, "Rest for a bit, you'll be exposed to water next." he replied simply.
Alex glanced back, raising an eyebrow before rolling his eyes, "Hmmm, not happening. You'll pass out for days if I overwork you" he replied.
Alex smirked, "Fine." he replied, walking up and placing a hand on his neck, "But regardless, you are still a wannabe" he leaned in, "How do you protect your feelings by pretending they don't exist?" he whispered seductively before rushing the knowledge into Leo, drowning. Water had just been the element, but drowning was the knowledge. Drowning was the experience. A strong, unmoving helplessness.
Alex stared at him, raising an eyebrow but otherwise remaining stoic. "Hmmmm... You know, keeping all of those emotions pent up inside.. they cause stress.. Kind of like a vault deep in the ocean" he snickered, though he himself was also a bit tired. He picked Leo up in his arms bridal style, "Two plate boundaries collide in whatever form they will and cause stress until eventually releasing that energy. In other words, so much tension builds up within and then one day, pop, unexpectedly, uninvited, unwelcomed." he laid him across his bed, "And all of that built up energy explodes and causes a wave of chaos." he leaned down, kissing his forehead, "When will you release that energy I wonder" he whispered before walking out of the room and closing the door behind him.
<< Probably a day yea >>Alex woke from the little nest he'd built on the couch, his hair a bright turquoise color as he ran a hand through it, yawning in slight exhaustion. He hadn't eaten in a while.. oh well.
Alex stood in the doorway of the bathroom, staring at him blankly, "A whole day." he said simply, not seeming affected by his nudity.
Alex smirked, folding his arms, "Of course I am. I told you I'm your mentor" he placed a hand over his mouth in mock surprise, "Oh? Did I find a weak spot?" he asked mockingly.
Alex's eyes widened and he ducked down, covering his face with his hands and going entirely silent, trembling in fear as he rolled up in a ball.
Alex opened his eyes before swiftly standing up and grabbing the towel straight off of Leo's waist, rolling it up and smacking Leo in the face.
Alex glanced down, smirking and suddenly stepping forward, wrapping the towel around Leo's neck and pulling him forward so they were only centimeters apart, "Hmmm.. shoulda known you were a prune.. perhaps you are actually compensating for something" he teased.
Alex smirked, a bit of his blueish hair falling into his face before he suddenly slammed Leo up against the wall, quirking an eyebrow before chuckling, "Oh you will? And what happens when you run out of energy and I get out?" he asked, sliding a hand down Leo's waist, "Imagine how angry I'd be" he leaned in close, licking his lips, "The things I'd do to you" he whispered into his ear before backing off, "I should go make breakfast, I'm sure you're hungry" he said, tossing the towel over his shoulder before continuing out the door.
Alex hummed to himself, going into the kitchen and taking out pancake batter, Trap me in a box again and I'll show you who the master is he thought while smiling warmly, hair having gone back to a deep black.
Alex snickered, "I'm sure I could probably understand more than you, if I'm the one feeding you information you don't already know. Not to mention the fact that you can't handle more than a single bit of information at one time. It's a little bit... weak" he hissed. That was a low blow and he knew it. But he was feeling especially frisky today.
Alex stiffened, eyes widening. "Repulses..." he went silent, falling to his knees and trembling again, "R-.... Repulses" his eyes closed tightly, he didn't continue, freezing in place as he clenched his hands into fists.
Alex's eyes remained on the ground even as the illusion faded, "You use illusions because you are too much of a coward to use your fists. It is the only thing you know" he spoke coldly, "The only thing you are capable of using. You are afraid of your own emotions. You conceal them to look tough, to look invulnerable. But it really only makes you look pathetic. At least I can admit I have weaknesses. You try to stow yours away like they aren't there and it sickens me" he said, standing to his feet before slowly turning to him, "And now you're weak because your own pride holds you back and you don't have other tricks up your sleeves. You may have me in that one moment of vulnerability, but the truth is, you're constantly vulnerable." He stepped forward, eyes going entirely black, "I think I want to teach you what the void feels like. Empty bottomless abyss. I think you'll like that. I think you'll like that empty feeling you claim to have, no emotions, no reason, no judgement, no compassion or fear. Nothing" he placed a hand on his neck, staring into his eyes, "You're nothing but a scared rabbit, desperately trying to hide from a fox while puffing out his chest towards the world in an attempt to look like a mountain lion, all while backing away to your den. You need to be humbled" he forced the knowledge into him, and soon enough, the abyss would swallow him up temporarily, "Leading a life without emotion, is leading nothing, because a life without emotion is meaningless" he growled.
Alex's eyes were burning in anger, "How does it feel? Emptiness? Lonely perhaps? Does it hurt? Or do you feel nothing at all? Is that worse than hurting? Feeling absolutely nothing whatsoever?" He leaned in, "You take your emotions for granted, one day you might not have them, and you'll just be a hollow shell of a living being" he growled, "Is that what you want?!" he demanded, gripping tighter.
Alex's eyes widened and he immediately let go, stepping back, "YOU COWARD!" He shouted, clenching his hand into a fists and swinging forward as hard as he could.
He gritted his teeth in anger, "NO!" he shouted, "It is MY job to make you prepared to face the problems that the elder council faces, NOT ACT LIKE SOME EDGY TWELVE YEAR OLD BRAGGING ABOUT FUCKING DEPRESSION YOU PANSY!" he exclaimed, "Cry, scream, throw a fucking chair at me, but for god fucking sakes, don't just sit there and act like you don't have emotions or I will kick your ass!" he stormed out of the room, stopping at the doorway, but not looking back, "And by the way, I take my job VERY seriously. So test my patience again and I'll punch you harder. Be prepared for your next bit of knowledge" he warned before calmly continuing into the living room and sitting down. Ouch. Guilt. It had formed in his stomach and made a little nest. The fucking thing was probably gonna get a job there too. Maybe have a few kids. Fucking douche bag. He shook his head quickly to force himself out of that furious state he was in.
Alex stood, quite annoyed as he walked into the kitchen, glaring down at him, "You're a mess" he mumbled. He sighed heavily before heaving him up and pulling him back into the bedroom, despite what complaints he might have had. He placed him on the bed, using the blanket, pretty much stuffing it in his face to wipe away the tears, "Are you done being an asshole yet?" he asked blankly.
Alex blinked, "For crying?" he was astonished, eyebrows raised in surprise. He took a deep breath, sitting down beside him.
Alex pulled his knees to his chest, rolling his eyes, "Okay.. I admit.. I may have been... an asshole... But that's kind of my method of teaching.. You see, I'm the knowledge bearer, I do this with every new recruit. Only I was harder on you because I think you have more potential than the usual" he replied.
Alex glared at him, "Don't make me take that back. Potential doesn't mean you're more successful than anyone else" he growled in retort.
Alex chuckled, "Better than me?" he teased, poking his chest playfully, "Oh I doubt you could be better than me at anything" he replied.
Alex smirked, "Oh? Well what about kissing?" he replied, narrowing his eyes in a challenging manner.
Alex snickered faintly, suddenly stopping him and gazing into his eyes, "no no, stop" he said, "Slowly at first, no tongue, not yet" he replied before leaning forward and pressing his lips to Leo's, placing a hand on his cheek.
Alex closed his eyes, "Calm down" he muttered, "Just move your lips with mine" he breathed into the kiss, pulling him closer.
Alex scoffed, but not in the usual, cynical sense. He pulled away, stuffing the pillow in Leo's face, "I'm going to go make lunch, you hungry kid?" he questioned.
Alex rolled his eyes, "Mmmm... You already know what that feels like, there would be no point" he retorted, continuing off into the kitchen.
Alex walked into the kitchen, taking a deep breath and shaking his head. He would NOT become emotional attached to that little shit, there was no way he could.. no.. no no no. He could not just.. He face palmed, tugging on his hair a bit in annoyance before opening the fridge and starting on breakfast.
