So about my book : it's a. . .

Pride and Prejudice meets Roots with some arranged marriage spice on top kind of story that honors God and keeps you interest because Annette and Peter grapple with matters of faith as they fight their enemy just like we struggle as we fight the Enemy and maneuver our world today. (Wow, that was a mouthful.)

Another reason this group seems like a good fit is because you have a free short story discussion, and I post my flash fiction (700 word short stories) on my author profile. So if you enjoy short stories, you can read the prequel/backstory for some characters in my book.

Hello, everyone -- I just found you guys, and I am glad I did. Goodreads has been helpful for me, both as a reader and as an author. My primary focus as a writer is Recovery in the Bible. The message I have been given to carry is that GOD often comes as a Gift of Desperation, even in the despair over alcoholism in a loved one or friend. The stories I share are true -- evidence that God specializes in The Impossible. Thanks to Christ leading me to the Twelve Steps of recovery, I now know this: with God, real life can be stranger than fiction.
