OK I've read
Skulduggery Pleasant (Skulduggery Pleasant, #1) by Derek Landy and think any other Kid's (Children's) books are on the shelf for a bit. I need a little adult break for a bit. Read a few others Castle Hangnail by Ursula Vernon and In the Hand of the Goddess (Song of the Lioness, #2) by Tamora Pierce also this month so I'm on over load. I think my daughter would like a couple of these though so might re-read with her. Larklight (Larklight, #1) by Philip Reeve Nice Dragons Finish Last (Heartstrikers, #1) by Rachel Aaron are on the back burner for a couple weeks probably.

OK finished
Furiously Happy A Funny Book About Horrible Things by Jenny Lawson , Adele I think this one might be spot on for you. I thought it was great and made me feel not so odd after all.

I think I'm going to read
Wild Things (Shifters Unbound, #7.75) by Jennifer Ashley before White Tiger. I missed that above.
Also Z (Demonica, #11.7) by Larissa Ione from the Demonica universe came out, so it is on my short list.
Only Beloved (The Survivors' Club, #7) by Mary Balogh is queued up, Divine Descendant (Nikki Glass #4) by Jenna Black is pre-ordered for next week. If you read this series it is only in ebook (Kindle also) and is only $1.99. Last book of the series.

I'm now off track in my starter May plan, as a re-read of Magic Bites just got me into a series re-read. fun! I'm on book 3 now
Magic Strikes (Kate Daniels, #3) by Ilona Andrews , which is where Curran and Kate really start the banter (snark) that make this series great!

I feel like I'm finally getting to my plan. I've re-read through #5 of Kate Daniels as the first was the BOM and I needed a bull shifter for a May challenge I'm doing.
I've got to
Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews Skulduggery Pleasant (Skulduggery Pleasant, #1) by Derek Landy Furiously Happy A Funny Book About Horrible Things by Jenny Lawson Castle Hangnail by Ursula Vernon Wild Things (Shifters Unbound, #7.75) by Jennifer Ashley Only Beloved (The Survivors' Club, #7) by Mary Balogh

And am currently reading
Two for the Dough (Stephanie Plum, #2) by Janet Evanovich & Drantos (VLG, #1) by Laurann Dohner

OK which of the many books above? I hope it is the Kate Daniels book I'm doing a re-read before going to the new one. I'm going to try to put it off a little.

I thought I had archived this starter. I need to do an end of the year starter/ender. To try to wrap up a bunch of what I started.

the one you recommended. But I think back in May I was reading Kate Daniels series again. there is a new one out so guess what I'm reading this weekend.... the Dresden files.... I am kind of joking. it's between that and Kate Daniels. it all hinges on whether I can get a copy of the new one. also there is a new Anita Blake out (seems to be one a year and a novella) it's coming out October 11 so I'm looking forward to reading that too. there's an idea ... put your October one in the bowl o ween folder.

You should put an October starter up and see what you get done.
