Just wondering - can we count books that include non-blooming plant-life in the titles, such as ivy or vine?

Sorry, no. "Flower" or flower name in the title.
All right, I've got one - Daisy Miller

We used to grow them when we lived in Pittsburgh, and they do indeed bloom only at night.
I have read the following Flower books this month1. Bluebells on the HillBarbara McMahon 5/4/16
2.Dragon RoseChristine Pope 5/5/16
3. A Field of PoppiesSharon Sala 5/13/16
4. Bird of ParadiseDiana Abu-Jaber 5/16/16

Do I get props for not repeating a flower? There are so many Rose books I had to hunt for more obscure flowers.
