I've received enough feedback to realise that I need to revise at least the start of this book, and some other bits could do with a revamp. It is now off sale pending the launch of a second edition later in the year.

If you've got an ecopy, you should be able to get the revised edition free. Watch the Viridian series website for news and vouchers.
