What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

The book is a ya book. I read it after 2010 but before 2015 by way of ebook. It is about a male vampire who was being held hostage but was released by a female thought to be human, but she cant survive without the sun. When she was younger she got sick when her mother moved her into a basement with no window and she almost died. She grew up to own a bakery or something similiar. The two MCs have a weird romance going on but they do not end up together. When they part for the last time the author uses the lyrics that goes, you are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are grey...etc. It was a very unique interpretation on the world of all things vampire related. There was details about how all vampires, even the male main character were bad, but there was an even more evil vampire who was after him that they had to defeat. Also the male vampire was rich and lived in a rich looking house he got from his sire where they kiss but he immediately backs off. That ends up being as intamite as they get before he goes. It was a great book.
