Christian (comeauch) | 230 comments Anyone reading it?
I've read like three pages so far... Can't seem to get started somehow! I'll try again this week-end!

Akylina | 93 comments I started it a couple of days ago, but like you, couldn't really stick to it because I need to be really concentrated when reading it. But I'm also re-trying it soon :)

Yuki (l00p_sac) Just purchased the ebook, I will try to read it when I'm free :-)

Christian (comeauch) | 230 comments So I finally got to it! I've made a list of tricky words and I've marked in bold the 20 that seem the most necessary to know (I'm often guilty of skipping words I don't know lol, but I've made an extra effort this time!)

I've put it here.

My first impression was that it wasn't very interesting, but after making that list (and thus re-reading it more attentively), it got better :P I can't believe the narrator ends up accepting it, it sounds like a made-up story to make you work harder... "if I do as I'm told, I'll get higher in position!" mhh ok.

He did admit he was ashamed of meeting his former classmates and telling them about what a typical day at his job looks like, so I'm surprised he changed his opinion of 清水. Do you agree it's odd?

Akylina | 93 comments Wow, thank you for the word list, Christian! It's really useful :)

It appears that I have quite a few unknown words (and even more unknown kanji that I need to research) so I'm reading it slowly now and taking note of all the unknown vocabulary, and after I'm done I'll reread it so I can pick up on the plot. So, hopefully, I'll be done by the weekend :)
