Quarterly Read-a-thon Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th June 2016
I'd normally be in, but I'll be at a Sound of Music rehearsal all weekend with not much time to read, sadly.

Sounds great. Would love to join in but I don't know if I will get a lot of reading done :(. Weekends I always babysit my little niece and it is difficult to read a lot when a 1.5 year old is running wild in the house.

Lol. I thought you were posting at 4 o'clock in the morning.
I'm in... I missed the last one but I have 3 weeks of holiday coming up and can't think of a better way of spending my first weekend than reading :)
I am in! I'll put my speed reading hat on and say no to overtime :)But just for clarity, and not that it matters, but is it 20,000 pages or words? Because its a bit of a difference...

Ummm, I was, I keep odd hours, I go to sleep late and get up late :-)
Well it might be a busy weekend for me as I have 2 assignments for university due on the Monday, but I suppose I can try add a few pages in there!
Pretty sure I will be okay for this...Will be busy with study cause I've got a meeting coming up just after this..so maybe not as much reading but I'll give it a go :)
Sounds fun. Do I get to choose a book? Or will it need to be from a list? Sorry, but I haven't done this before and I couldn't find this info in the guidance.
India, you read what you like...what you'd normally be reading. Just make sure you count your pages. Read the guidelines so you know the page count minimum but it's your choice :)
Thanks for joining and have fun! There'll be reminders here in this thread as we get closer too...

As our last Read-a-thon didn't quite make the challenge of 20,000 pages, we'll leave it at that for this one:) GOAL - 20,000 pages
Don't forget our Challenge Guidelines here
Please post your interest here in this thread up until we begin the challenge - when the weekend is over the page numbers read will be tallied:)
If possible, check in at least once a day, more often if you want. Our cut off time for you to add your final totals will be 12noon Monday 6th AEST:)
