There are a couple of covers on that page; are they still drafts? If so, you may have problems later if it changes, as Goodreads will keep any circulated cover that is not an obvious placeholder. If one is the "for sure" cover, which one?

I manually added my book without attaching the cover the first time, so now there are two versions. Can you delete this one?

The edition you linked to, Spartan Slave, Spartan Queen—ISBN13: 9780595913497, is shown as a paperback, but all the sources I have found indicate that it is an ebook. I was unable to find the ISBN on the author's website (http://www.helenapschrader.com/sparta...). Do you have a copy of the book with this ISBN so you can verify the format?

I combined that edition with the paperback that was already on Goodreads: Spartan Slave, Spartan Queen: A Tale of Four Women in Sparta—ISBN13: 9780595470679. That issue has a cover image, and the ISBN and cover image match those shown on the author website.

Thanks Dobby - there are copies of my edition all over Aussie eBay, it's an Australian author/illustrator which I guess why it was hard to find it elsewhere like Amazon.
