I am about midway through The Good Lord Bird and I am finding so many quotes and passages that I love!
One of my favorites is:
"That's how it goes when you place another man to judgement. You get stretched out wrong to ruination." (p33). I think its a great moment of introspection and wisdom for Little Onion.

I love this quote:
