Thank you Joe for making the rules clear for all of us. If anyone is interested, here are my details.:

Joan has completed her review. Her book is next on the list! If you'd like someone to read your book, first contact Joan about hers. She'll give you a PDF or mobi file. Once you've read and honestly reviewed it, list your book here and it will be next on the list.

I've debated starting a thread like this because there are arguments about nonreciprocal book reviews. From what I understand, if you receive a book for free from an author who then expects a review, you are to add a disclosure to your review. ("Thank you to the author for giving me this book in exchange for a review.") From what I can tell, this avoids violating the FTC's definition of fraud. I would think buying a book or downloading a free book would make it possible to avoid this disclaimer...but I'm not a lawyer. Please proceed at your own risk.
You must read and HONESTLY review the book above your post. If you don't like what you've read, please say so. Everyone benefits if we preserve the integrity of the review system. After you've read/reviewed a book, post a link to your reviews. Once that is done, please feel free to add the following.
Your book title
Author
Genre
Word count/Page count
Any warnings: sexual content, gore, etc.
You'll want to have a PDF version ready to send. Or be willing to gift a kindle version to whoever wants to read your book. (This is for 'new' reviews. Please don't re-post old reviews of books you've already read.)
Probably a good idea to leave a note in this thread if you're going to read a book, so others know it's taken. To keep the line moving, only sign up if you can read/review a book in less than 3 weeks.
If anyone can think of something I've missed or a better way to do this, please speak up!
