* finally remembering to update my reading status on this...6.30 read date ... 4 stars!

I loved this book, Barbara. Such a beautifully written and deeply emotional love story.

I think I got everyone... and got everything straight. Let me know if I missed something.

I loved this book, Kathie!"
I'm quite sure I will also. I fell in love with Rockliffe in The Parfit Knight and have already started this and he is as charming as I expected him to be. Stella Riley sure has a way of transporting a reader back in time.

I know! That is the advantage of reading the older series - they are all out & you can go from one to the next. The first book in this series was leading into the 2nd, so it did seem like a long wait!

Finished

I like what I've seen so far of this author (this is the 2nd in a trilogy), but it didn't engage me enough to rate it 4*. Will definitely finish the trilogy, tho.
