The guards found out that her ability is very useful as they could send her to any highly radiated places and she will still survives.

Strength: pretty athletic and strategic from her surviving experience. Able to outruns average men, incredible high and long jump skills, not trained in any combat skills but do not underestimate her.
Relationship status: was very close to a guy named Hal who promised to not tell anyone about her and helped her by stealing some stuff for her until his conscription. She was pretty sure he died in war by now.

Personality:He can be angry, but there is more to him than anger and emotions. There is a hurt person, someone who was victimized, and feels betrayed by those he loved most and wants vengeance on those who betrayed him and those who hurt him.

Well Declan, not only he can explode objects he touches, the objects that he touched don't have to explode immediately so he can make the objects that he touches turn into sort of a bomb, for example he can sent his energy in an object he touched and when the energy went off, it will explode, sort of like a ticking-time bomb.

Personality: Mint has a kind soul, but normally doesn't show it. She doesn't really love being around people and can give off slightly off-kilter vibe. One of the reasons why she doesn't have very many friends is the fact she is far from trustworthy. She's prone to violent outbursts and will never back down in an argument. But in the end, it seems every action and thought revoles around her addiction.

History: Mint was born in a richer sector , to Maggie and Thomas Blumen. Maggie was a successful poet and Thomas a doctor. She was extremely close with her mother, and when she died in a car accident when Mint was 7, Mint turned to troublemaking to draw her busy father's attention. She ran wild throughout her childhood and when she turned 11, she started to commit less kind-hearted pranks and more petty crimes. When she was fifteen she was sent to juvie for stealing a diamond ring where she met Sal, a sixteen year old meth addict who introduced her to the drug. She left the detention center hopelessly addicted and started dating Marshall Jacques, a dealer from the city. After Marshall got her pregnant with twin girls, Jessica and Andrea, the two ran away back to the city. They lived out of his car for a few years. The girls were taken into the care of Mint's parents. But the breaking point came when Marshall proposed to Mint at a nightclub. He used the ring, being too broke to afford a diamond one. Mint gleefully accepted, but ten minutes later (as a result of a bar fight), Marshall was shot and killed. He died in Mint's arms. Mint started shooting meth and her health declined. Meanwhile, she was employed by a gang to use her powers to murder people who had betrayed gang members. Currently, she’s living in the shanties at a dump with her daughters, and is working as a glorfied hit-woman. She has many animals that hang around her, and that she uses to complete her tasks from the gang.
Weakness: Addiction. She hates blood, due to witnessing Marshall’s (and many other’s) deaths. The very sight causes her to have flashbacks.

Sorry, newbloods can't have the same ability as a Silver but if you still want to use fire then I suggest make her ability to not just manipulate but also create fire which mean she doesn't need the bracelet to create fire... just try to make her more special.
