I just finished the book yesterday and felt very emotional afterwards (still do). Personally, I loved the book. It was very suspenseful and hard to put down so get ready for some midnight reading sessions ;)
I really don't want to spoil anything for you so I can't say too much about the plot, but you can expect POV's from almost all the main characters, romance, action, and an epilogue in the end. This was probably all very vague, but I hope it has answered some of your questions :)
Also, (if you didn't already know) you can find an excerpt of the first 88 pages online here: https://issuu.com/penguinteen/docs/th...
Plus, Rick Yancey tweeted out like 12 quotes from the book.
Maybe that can hold you over until next month ;)

Thanks for the info :)

Spoiler free is that I was very disappointed by the writing style and the flow of the book. He was bouncing between 6 perspectives, which is no easy feat, but in doing this he slaughtered the quality because for some reason he'd have an action take place, ending that one perspective, and then jump ahead a few hours in another, but then recap what happened in those few hours... My thing with that being that he could have just written out what happened in that other perspective. Also, three different characters, sometimes four, would have different sources of information on the same topic, and so are at different levels of knowing about this topic, confusing me (and hopefully other readers) regarding this topic. So I think I have everything straight, but it's possible that I completely don't even understand the inner workings of this story anymore. Cassie was kinda PMS-y the entire time which pissed me off, Evan was aloof, Ben had a complete personality switch and it was just weird.
