In a beautiful morning, Shiro is taking a walk in the middle of the crowded Tenguu city. The people are doing their usual daily things, knowing not about the secret war that occurs between Human and Spirit right under their noses. Seeing them living their life makes Shiro somewhat feels envy.
Tipping on the wolf head pommel of his walking cane, the man let out a brief, deep sigh. For so long, he has grown weary of all these things. Not because he is tired, but the Spirit War has, indeed, never been so stressful as this. The assassinations have been growing more and more in numbers and terms of danger. The expert assailants are getting more relentless in their quest to kill the Spirits, forcing him to use more bullets to bring them down. Negotiation is not an option, much to the blue haired boy's dismay. He protects the Spirits, not driven by some wild desire of himself, but rather to redeem himself.
But as it was said that, with every kill comes honor, with honor comes redemption.
It has been more than eons, as far back as he could remember, ever since his death back in his multiverse. The Spirit and human there were able to live peacefully with each other thanked to his effort and sacrifice.
He misses his family. He misses his father, his mother, his friends, his wife... He wonders if they are all doing fine, or if they are even still alive. Their images sometime flashed through his eyes briefly, then disappear, like an illusion to the eyes of the wanderer in the middle of scorched desert. Leaving them behind was one of the hardest choice he has ever made, but to them as of now, he is but a stranger.
"Maybe I would pay them a visit in the future..." He thought.
He might need a long break after he had finished his works in this world, and before another War starts on another world.
