I've included the link to Tender is the Night Spark Notes. http://m.sparknotes.com/lit/tender/
While the story is easy to follow (especially after Woolf's To the Lighthouse), I've so far found the comments within the Spark Notes to be insightful.
So far in reading I've seen that in book one there is a sentence or two of French:This is the translation of that sentence in just in case you need it

What's left out of this is Abe's response in French "Combien?" Means "How much?"
