2017 Reading Challenge discussion

I have read almost all of Jodi Picoult books and this one again did not disappoint.

In a small town of New Hampshire, the community are shattered by an act of violence that no one expected, a massacre killing ten students and leaving nine injured.

From the point of view of a seventeen year old boy, Peter Houghton, the act of killing is just the beginning of everything and the act of killing himself to free from his past.

Although quite a challenge to read at times, I couldnt put the book down, you struggle throughout as to who you feel sorry for and where to lay blame,

I really enjoyed this book too! I listened to it on audio and was actually shocked at the end. I didn't expect it to end that way at all! I completely agree with the description of your struggle with who to blame and for whom to feel sorry. I was conflicted.
