Mostly just

You can choose a time frame, maybe like 1-2 weeks

No swearing in these since they're public and therefore must use the public rules

No innapropriate topics

One per person

You could do the opposite next. No dialogue, but more than one character. This way, the focus is on how they react in other ways (like body language, looks, etc).
