Randy Harmelink | 2188 comments I thought I purchased a book the other day and can't find it on my list of books on Amazon.

The plot involved an intelligent zombie that was a coroner, because it allowed her to be able to eat brains undetected. However, in eating brains, she absorbed their memories, and was able to help identify the bodies and track down the killers of those that were murdered.

Ring any bells?

Randy Harmelink | 2188 comments Never mind. Found it. It wasn't a book I had purchased, but a description of a new television series, iZombie, coming up on The CW channel:

"A medical student who becomes a zombie joins a Coroner's Office in order to gain access to the brains she must reluctantly eat so that she can maintain her humanity but every brain she eats, she also inherits their memories and must now solve their deaths with help from the Medical examiner and a police detective."

Ed Pope | 6 comments I like iZombie. It has a similar feel to "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" (it's easy viewing).
