San Antonio Readers, I'm a local author who recently published my first novel, The West Texas Pilgrimage. The book is a coming of age story about a group of San Antonio young men who embark on a life changing adventure to the mountains of west Texas to bury a friend's ashes. The main character struggles with chronic depression while trying to deal with loss, faith, and love.
