Teach Us to Want: Longing, Ambition and the Life of Faithby Jen Pollock Michel. Excellent reading - thoughtful presentation of the Lord's Prayer in both theory and application. Worth reading!
Praying Luther's Small Catechism, by John T. Pless. Most worthwhile reading! Recommended for all Lutherans of every age and for non-Lutherans who have never encountered the Small Catechism and Luther's method of catechizing the Church.
Psalms: The Prayer Book of the Bible, by Dietrich Bonhoeffer -- Encouraging reading!
Luther's Prayers (Paperback), by Herbert F. Brokering -- excellent resource for prayer.
I know it's short and at moments redundant but I found Praying the Bible by Donald Whitney a valuable quick read. It's helping my prayer life daily. Although I don't always go 7 mins or more.

Praying the Bible is my favorite in prayer, too.
With Christ in the School of Prayer by Andrew Murray is supposed to be really good. I've had a couple of recommendations.
