The Infinite Sea discussion

Yeah, maybe it's little bit confusing but I think it was still easy to follow. But I think that, that confusingness fits really well to that book. And without doubt I gave that book five out of five stars. :)

Me neither. I have it currently on my bookshelf but I just have so many books to read so it can take a while until I get to start it. But probably I'm going to start it very soon because I just wanna know how the story end. Maybe we can discuss about that book when we both have read it?

I have heard about that trilogy and I'm going to read it sometime. I just have to first buy all the books in that series because my local library doesn't have them...

I'm finally starting The Last Star!!!

i was completely confused i mean the fact that ringer got kidnapped and also that cassie was in her Pov in 3rd person i had no idea intill i found out it was out of her journal because in the first book it was in 3rd person then 1st person but another thing is the whole ringer and razor thing he just came out of no where,and then tecup died and then the wicked witch of the west :grace i wasnt really even though it was kinda sorta disgusting anyways I LOVED THE BOOK it just got me caught at first it was amazing and of how evan tried so hard to keep his promise

I have the full series but im not ready to the last star yet i dont want to know

The Last Star is so good!!! I just don't have time to read so it might take like two or three days until I'm finished.

i think it was a bit confusing because not much happened but there was still alot of in depth thoughts. Especially in Ringers perspective. So it was easy to get lost in the existentialism and symbolism that the author put in there and forget what is happening in the current plot line with all the main characters. though this book is great to analyze because of that tbh lol

I hope so but I wouldn't say that nothing happened in that book. There were probably less happening things than in the first book but I think that that amount of events were just alright. And after all that book was way shorter than the first one so there couldn't even happen much things. But of course some people like more action packed books than others but for me that was just the right amount of action.

I'm almost finished with The Last Star! So happy right now!! :)

FINISHED! I'm so happy and same time little bit sad that I finally finished The Last Star. I could have continued the book forever but everything ends eventually.

i mean it was a little bit short and i bet they are gonna add a few scenes that were not in it (the book) but what i would be really excited about is who is gonna play grace and how they are gonna do the whole story behind evan i loved it ,how we were able to look more behind his story hopefully they make a movie:)

but it would be really stupid if they didnt make another one and the other thing is at the end of the 5th wave movie she said cassie -(we have to go save the other kids) so i think its gonna be another plot also plus if they dont put grace in the other movie oh my gosh i will be so frigin mad

Well I don't think that they even wouldn't left her off the movie because she has pretty important part in the book ;) The storyline wouldn't be full in the movie if she wasn't in it.

i have, it was awsome i think it had less dialogue and they kinda sorta made evan more of a average guy but it was fair but hopefully the dialogue is ten times better in the second movie and yah it would be really ridiculous if they didnt put her in the movie but one thing in the first movie i thought that was ridiculous that they didnt include wonderland thats a really important state in the movie ,and also plus evan never called her cassiopia like cassie for cassiopia i was really like what the heck but i only found out after i watched the movie over a billion times and then found out there was a book ,and how the heck did Ben know her name? I was really confused but i loved the movie but hopefully they make the next movie more emotional and more mind bending,but back to the grace thing yah she does have a important role in in the infinite sea i mean other types of Dystopian movie based on books some times take out some of the important characters and then switch up the movie like that but if they do probably evan some how was able to get in a tree and not die from the ground splitting open and not break an ankle and then be able to use his powers to get to her but that wont make since because he would have to end up being hurt some how so it wont really make since how evan survived with out being saved

You are so right. But I have to say that I was very pleased with the actor and actress choices they had made. Especially with Cassie because I really love Chloe Grace Moretz as an actress. I just think that she's amazing and talented actress so it was a very nice suprise for me that she played Cassie. Of course her haircolor wasn't the same as in book but that didn't bother me.

yah exactly i loved the choice for Evan and Cassie and all the other actors and actresses including ringer ,they did everything perfectly but i was very confused the script was good, not great but the movie was perfect,but they did a perfect job with the actors and actresses i was also really surprised when i got addicted to the movie and once i bought all the books i was so un confused but yah i really will be mad if they dont include grace in the second movie (even though i dont like grace) but i wonder if they will change the plot

Well I have to say that I was expecting maybe a little bit more but I'm not saying that it isn't good, it's still amazing, one of my favorite book so far. But I think that there could have been a slightly more action. But at the end of the day I really loved and enjoyed it and the ending was so good. Just suitable for this book series. So the book isn't bad at all because I can't even decide which one of the books is my favorite. I'm sure you will enjoy it very very much.

I have to say that I really liked the actor who played Evan. For me he was almost perfect Evan but not 100% perfect Evan because everyone has their own visions of characters in books. So he wasn't precisely what I thought he would be but I was really plaesed with the actor choice.
And for me that Eli dude isn't that cute but maybe we just have different tastes. ;)
