There are multiple ranks in one guild. In order from the highest to lowest:
1. The master; the person is referred to as Master. Those who have equal status of the person are the only ones that can call him/her by their real name. The master is generally very old, the youngest known was sixty-five. The average age for a guild faster is seventy-two. 2. H-Class; referred to as the highest class. The people in this class are experienced and know the ropes around a guild. Not just anyone can make it up here, you must be powerful and have no intentions of leaving the guild. 3. Members; they are fully trained wizards and members of the guild. All are above the age eighteen. 4. Trainees; they are in training to become a fully fledged member. The have have a mentor (always at a member rank) that is in charge of training them. The age of Trainees range anywhere between fourteen and eighteen. 5. Children; children are members of a guild that are not yet old enough to pick their own guild. Due to this, they must live in their birth guild, no matter how much they loathe it. But when they turn fourteen, they generally choose to stay with their guild, there are almost no transfers.
