1. You must create at least one character. 2. There can be only one person with one name. So if someone uses the name Emily, they are the only ones who can use the name Emily. 3. Avoid WIP's. The template is short enough, you can create a character in under ten minutes. 4. When a mod comes to check your character and they see something that needs changing, change it. They are doing this in your best interest. 5. A mod MUST approve your character before you go off and RP. 6. After your character has been approved, post them in the Approved Characters thread. 7. It is recommended to form a team after you create your character.
