Rachel Mariana Morgan: Redheaded witch, Ivy's roommate and Kisten's girlfriend. She's a bounty hunter, partnered with Ivy and Jenks.
Ivy Tamwood: Living vampire who worked with Rachel when they worked for the law and is now both her business partner and house-mate, in a defunct church.
Jenks: Pixie who is Rachel and Ivy's business partner. He and his family also live at the church. He's married to Matalina.
Matalina: Jenk's wife.
Trent Kalamack: One of Cincinnati's most powerful Inderlanders. City councilman whom Rachel continuously tries to get put in jail for selling illegal drugs. He's an Elf but only a few (Rachel and her team) know this.
Algaliarept: Demon trying to find a way to enslave Rachel and her magic for his use.
Cerdiwen (Ceri) Merriam Dulciate: Elf who was Algaliarept's familiar until Rachel rescued her from a thousand-year enslavement.
Mathew Glenn: FIB detective. Son of Captain Edden.
David Hue: Werewolf insurance adjuster who created a pack with Rachel for business purposes.
Kisten Felps: Living vamp, Rachel's boyfriend. Piscary's former scion.
Piscary: Vampire leader who Rachel helped jail.
Newt: An insane demon that even Algaliarept fears.
Denon Gradey: Rachel's former IS boss, a living vampire.
Simon Ray: Male Alpha of one of Cincinnati's Were packs.
Mrs. Sarong: Femal Alpha of one of Cincinnati's Were packs.
Stanley (Lee) Saladan: Al's current familiar to Al, Trent's long-time friend.
Minias: Demon who is in charge of looking after Newt.
