(1 Writing Prompt:

Your MC is about to travel alone for the first time. What are his/her thoughts, feelings, disappointments, etc.?

I'll add more prompts each day for each individual prompts.

So, like, we post our stories in this thread based on the prompts? Can we have a contest to see which prompt is liked the best, and then that person gets to post a prompt themselves? I think that sounds fun.

Yeah. You could post your story on this thread or you could do it under the Stories thread too. Either way is fine and if you don't want to share that's fine as well. We just want this to be fun for the members. ;)

(2 Writing Prompt:

Its your first time on a plane, something goes horribly wrong. What happens?

(3 writing prompt:

you have a short term memory relapse and slowly regain your memory. what do you find out about the time you forgot?

4) Writing Prompt: Your MC wants to do something that is sure to end up badly. His/her two friends try to talk him/her out of it. Did they succeed?

5) Writing Prompt: Write the character's description. Such as: posture, figure, eyes, and hair.

6) Writing Prompt: How does he/she dress or draw attention to themselves. Or do they don't attract attention at all?

7) Writing Prompts: Do they wear the "suitable" clothes or not?

8) Writing Prompt: Are he/she able to pick out their own clothes or do their parents choose for them?

9) Writing Prompt: Pick out a picture and draw a description about it.

I'm sorry. Obviously I'm confused. So all of these prompts are also optional for the short story competition?

Yes, they are. So you can use any writing prompts here in this group. If you'd like I can make more writing prompts.

Ah-ha! So I see you've discovered my weakness for grammar. Yes, I'm generally silently correcting your grammar, but one of my brothers has actually been dubbed a Grammar Hitler by his fellow employees, lol. I can't say it runs in the family, but at least it runs between the two of us.

Lol, well that would certainly be interesting... Although most people just get irritated when their grammar is corrected xD Or maybe some prompts with supernatural elements... magic or monsters or time travel or something. Those tend to excite me the most.

Pick just one and if you pick the same as another member, that's ok you bot can use it.
