4 stars - definitely one of the stronger stories in this book! I liked the carnival vibes and the story felt very Cassie Clare :)

I didn't really love the setting of this story (not my cup of tea) but I really liked Lulu and Lucas. So cute.

I wasn't too bothered about the romance in this one, I cared more about Mephit! I liked the idea of the dark carnival too
