So, here's how you play, I would write down a four letter word and a person can change one letter in it. They can switch the positions of the letter but they HAVE to switch one letter with another and they CAN'T switch more than one letter.

For example:

Tail

The next person can say 'Tale'

They switched I with E and switched the position of the letters.
