This is a great excuse to re-read some old favorites. I'm thinking of doing at least level 1, and focusing on Roald Dahl. The previews for the recent release of the BFG have made me nostalgic and I want to re-read the book before I watch it! And then probably a couple of others too.Level 1 - The Nursery - 2 books
1. The BFG
2. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Level 2 - First Years - 4 books
3. The Twits
4. Matilda
Great! I haven't decided yet what I'm gonna do for this. It may depend on what's available at my library. Plus maybe a few from my kid lit shelf at home.
I think I have the beatrix potter collection, as well as a few fair tale collections... I may join in!
Sounds fun! I was already thinking of re-reading a few classics.Level 1 - The Nursery - 2 books
1. Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret by Judy Blume
2. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
Level 2 - First Years - 4 books
3. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne
4. The Red Pony by John Steinbeck
Level 3 - Graduates - 8 books
5. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling
6. The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin
7. The Indian in the Cupboard by Lynne Reid Banks
I would recommend for your children reading The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo. Wonderful children's book. They made a movie, remember? A tale of a courageous mouse who had the nerve to be brave against all odds.

Finished the challenge! :-)I have to admit it wasn't too difficult with a little one at home, and I love children's books. I would definitely recommend Dogs and Max's Wagon for small children.
