Here we are again for another Monthly Reading Wrap Up!

Since it's Summer I've had a little more time to read this month and managed to read 6 books.

This month I read....

Soundless. This was a good quick and light YA Fantasy read. This type of book is my go to for a quick read and it need not disappoint in that aspect.

The Wedding Dress. I read this on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. It was sweet, heartwarming tale of 4 women connected with one wedding dress.

Yes Please. I normally struggle a little bit to make my way through memoirs, but this one was a quick and funny read. It even had some interesting points of life advice I enjoyed too.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This one is always a favorite! My 2nd favorite in the series behind Goblet of Fire.

Everything I Never Told You. This was a heartbreaking tale of how a family can fall apart after a tragedy. Wonderful, Beautiful read.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Yes, I was that dork that was out at midnight to get this book and who read it in one day. It was a wonderful, magical ride of a read and I can't wait to see it on stage one day!

I have to say the books I read this month were some of my favorites I've read all year! Did you have a good reading month this month? Share what you read down below!

Happy Reading!

Hey Jessica! I have been wanting to read Everything I Never Told You, so I am glad to know that you liked it! It makes me want to read it more.

I read Fates and Furies by Lauren Groff. I enjoyed this book. I read it in my book club, and it was received with mixed reviews. I loved that it was like a modern Greek tragedy. I was a theatre major in college, so the scenes read like scenes in a play or movie. The format of the book divided into two perspectives: the husband and the wife's. I didn't enjoy the husband's point-of-view as much, and it definitely needed the wife's POV. I thought this book was beautifully written and very creative.

Kendall, One of my upcoming prompts for my Popsugar Reading Challenge is to read a book with a blue cover and Fate and Furies would fit perfectly with that prompt. I'll have to consider it for that prompt for sure! I feel like I would enjoy the scenes playing out how you've described them.
