I don't really know how I feel about sharing my story of actually depression, (it was awful as everyone knows) but I did recently write blog post about my recovery.http://ellemayt.blogspot.co.uk/2014/0...

Mine kinda sucks.... But it's doing okay now.But none of my friends will be here (even in the country) on my birthday... I know, it's kind of selfish, but...

tbh, I've started being dispirited again. Oh, and if you don't know what Dispirited is, its just another way of saying depressed. Speaking of which, talking about all this depression stuff is actually making me more depressed. How odd is it that talking about depression is just making people feel more depressed?

My depression lasted several months, but it's better now. I couldn't have made it through though if it hadn't been for a few amazing people here on goodreads :)

skies starving yourself is never the answer. I used to and it didn't make me prettier or skinnier. in dome ways it actually made me fatter because my body took any food I ate and made it fat so I didn't do anything but cause myself pain that wasn't needed.
if you do it for the pain, there's many other outlets that you can use instead. exercising always has pain but it helps your body instead of breaking it down.
just remember...it's usually never worth it in the end

I don't get why people are hesitant to speak their mind. I say whatever. If someone doesn't like what you have to say then that's their problem.
