It was early in the morning before school. Mei stopped running her fifth lap of the track to take a break. She stretched and took a sip of water. Mei usually came to school early to train for athletics. Wiping the sweat from her brow and stretching for the last time, she started jogging another lap

Kirito and his friends just got on the track getting ready to race each other. Kirito got into position with his friends as he counted down when to go. "Go!" Kirito yells as the energy and a spark within him exploded and sprinted forward to the lead with his friends a few feet behind him. They were coming up close to Mei.

Mei heard people running behind her and looked over her shoulder to see a group of boys fast approaching. She grinned. She was definately not going to let them beat her. Cracking her neck a bit, she broke out into a full sprint, one that had wone her the national girls 1500m sprint. She was beating the bunch of boys by a good few meters. As she neared the finish of the track, she began to slow down. She stopped with her hands on her head and took a sip from her bottle before tightening her ponytail.

Kirito had fire in his eyes even though his hair was blocking them. He has speed up even fast leaving his friends in his dust but the odd thing was he wasn't out of breath, not quite yet.

She looked back to see ine boy break away from his friends and speed toward the fifish line. Wven though she'd already bearen them all, she had to admit he was pretty fast.

Kirito speed through the finish line with his friends a few feet behind him. He hive fives them as they pant and laughs at how they question his speed buy he just shrugs. He takes off his shirt showing his muscular figure and abs as he wipes off the sweat and waves to Mei.

Mei watched the faster one take of his shirt and shrugged to herself. She came here for training on a regular basis so abs were something she saw on a regular basis. She was wiping the sweat off her brow with her towel as she saw the boy wave to her. She smiled and waved back. She had no clue who he was so she just waved and then went to remove her tank top and slip on her school blouse. If boys could wander around shirtless then she could atleast quickly change and save the pain of walking to the change rooms.

Kirito blushed looking away while Mei changed and noticed Damon. "What do you want with Kirito" one of his friends ask him stepping in the way of Damon.

"Race.." Damon said "Race me.."

Mei kept watching from a distance. She was intruiged to see that another boy approached the group. She watched on as she undid her ponytail and brushed out the creases.

"Wha-What?" One of Kirito's friends answered. "look Kirito is probably tired ok?" The one in front of Damon said.

She walked a bit closer to them, curious about their conversation, but also because her bag was near the shirtless guy's feet. She studied the boy with the dreads closely. He had just come out of nowhere and challenged the other boy to a race. Mei smiled to herself "Well this will be interesting" she said to herself as she neared them.

"Well?" Damon said

She came closer and heard the guy with dreads challenge the other to a race. She smiled at the two of them "Is there a problem?" she asked, genuinely wondering whether this was a macho show down.

"No." Damon replied

Kirito was about to walk away when noticed a bag near his feet. So he pick it up and handed it to Mei. Kirito smiled when he gave her the bag.

"Okay then" she shrugged at Damon. "Thanks" she smiled at Kirito as he handed her her bag. She took it and swung it over her shouler.

Damon didn't say anything, he waited for Kirito to Answer.
