Here is a link to the first poem I wrote: https://www.wattpad.com/story/8226222... I hope you like it :)
@Hermione
Honestly, I loved it . Held a lot of meaning, especially the bond between two twins . And it's also quite heartbreaking .

I really love your poem! I have a few pointers though:
-You may want to make sure it has the right rhythm when you read it aloud. At some parts, I felt that I had to think about what it should be read like. After a second try, though, I could do it so this isn't a huge issue.
-Watch your rhyming pattern! I know, I know, poetry is supposed to be very free and I completely support that- but if you had aimed for a rhyming poem, there were a few missteps in word choice. This may have just come from the fact that some of the rhythm was odd, so I don't think this is major at all!
All in all, a clean and simple poem that would strike the heart of any Potterhead.

Even though I don't like Harry Potter (I'm super sorry to all you fans,) I really liked the poem also :)
I've never done poems before, but Hermione's poem has inspired me, so I'm giving it a shot:Have you ever looked in the mirror and jumped back with fright,
As if your reflection might give you a bite?
Have you ever stared into your own eyes and thought–
Very quietly, as if you'd get caught,
Who is that person, standing there?
With pale blue eyes and long dark hair?
Could it be,
That this is me?
Oh, how I look so cold.
And how did I get so old?
I love your poem! I'm flattered that you were inspired by mine :)
@Laura- I love your poem! It's very relatable :) I can't think of many corrections at all.
