What Do You Do In The Mornings?
I can still watch the sunrise from our terrace, but I hardly ever do that. Plus I haven't been such an early riser since I graduated high school.
I usually like to go outside, sit on a chair, listen some musics which would suit the weather more. But i don't really do that much. I just watch some movies in my iphone and surf on internet or just read a book.
Wow. I think if my book is good and i ever want to publish or market it i will contact you okay? But i am not sure about it though.
Spring and summer mornings I drink my coffee ad read a book on the patio. I usually enjoy watching the world "wake up" around me - the growing light and the way it makes the dew sparkle on the grass, the birds chirping, the distant hum of cars on the interstate. There is a pair of nesting Cardinals I see - usually the male because they're bright red and easier to spot - although the females do have the bright orange beak. It's often a little foggy, especially in the spring, and quiet before people get out and start up their mowers. However, through most of the fall and winter and on grumpy mornings I stay inside on the couch, cursing the fact that I'm up at sub an ungodly hour. I'm still in transition from being a night-owl.
Its so pristine to step out to the portico with a culpa of green tea n sit seeing the day getting out of dark, birds chirping and sun peeping over the horizon.
my favorite thing to do would be to play the piano while i watch the sun rise to its glory, lol.(it's a little fantasy of mine)or just lay on some beach, far away, looking at the sky changing its color :)
Usually I take care of business emails and take time to ask after my SO who is currently long distance. When the weather is sunny I like to take a book and read outside and when it's cold I like to have a cup of hot chocolate and chat with other members of the house
I like to lie and bed and stretch from my toes to my head, then I call my dog up for some morning cuddles before I leave the warm bed to make my tea and get ready for work. :)
I used to always just sit on the couch and watch tv. This year I realized what a waste of my morning that is. I live in Brooklyn in a brownstone and absolutely love the area, the tree-lined block with the old church across the street. So now every morning I make myself a cup of green tea and go sit outside on the stoop and just relax and enjoy the early Brooklyn morning.

That has always been my fantasy and I will always hope there is room for it to become my reality. :-)
There's nothing better than a dark, quiet house knowing you have the whole day before you. I make coffee, go to CNN.com to make sure the world is still here and I'm not the only human being left, read some news, walk Wrigley and then start writing. Sometimes I'll also just sit and contemplate my next plot move in a novel.
Well..Um -first I go to the toilet. I let my little dogs out to wee, go out check my 3 elderly big dogs, let the cats out for breakfast. If it's a week day I help my mother get my sister ready for school. Plus I can never start the morning without a cup of green tea. It really is a health super food.
Well, I wake up and brush my teeth. That is my most important routine in the mornings. And after that I usually make some coffee, sit down by the computer and check out facebook, news and gmail. When I'm done, I go and wake my kids up. If it is weekend morning, we usually do morning routines, eat something and play Minecraft, read Harry Potter or Moomins together.
I wakeup, stay in bed for sometime tossing and turning and stretching, sits up, make a sign of cross, walk to kitchen to see mummy, kiss her, brush my teeth.
Turn to whoever is besides me and start something goin'. Otherwise I don't really call it much of a morning...
Get my kids (2 boys..17 & 11-soon to be 12 this month) up and off to school. then, I check my email and all the other stuff I have to do on the computer & watch shows on Hulu, netflix or Amazon Prime...When I feel like it, I will watch Good Morning America and Live with Kelly & Michael! lol
Morning Everyone,I always read my horoscopes first thing in the morning - LOL! Then it's on to Twitter and FB (and now Goodreads) then a half hour of meditation, then I write and edit until I have to get ready for work.
My day is half over by the time I get in the car at 7:30!
My day usually begins by 5am with meditation. Then, I do my press-up and sit-up. Afterwards, I read through the dailies on my device while sipping my moringa tea.
normal mornings!wake up!
go to washroom!
go to bath!
wear school uniform!
go to school!
holiday mornings!
wake up at 8!
get fresh!
read a book
play PC games
study!
In the morning I feed my cat, then while I am getting dress and making my bed I turn on my iPod and listen to my music, followed by breakfast I need orange justice in morning not coffee! Then finish getting reading, read and finally head to school.
I am not a morning person. So I wake up early so that I can be properly caffeinated by the time the kids wake up. I usually read email or do something else that doesn't really require me to be social for awhile. In the winter I get a fire going so the house will be warm when everyone wakes up. I often catch the sunrise out of the kitchen window, and that seems like a pretty good way to start my day.
I'm not a morning person either, but every morning I wake up at 6:00, take a shower, get dressed, feed Sugar, Spice, and Gucchi, (see my profile) eat breakfast, and if it's a school day I'm usually off to school, but if it's the weekend, then it's a WHOLE different routine. :]
my favorite part is probably how dark it I'd when I wake up and how light it's gotten outside when I had outside
I get up at 5.50 ...gets double glass of black tea ...runs around doin my morn chores and boards bus to work @ 6.45 :-):-)why doesnt time slow down while we sleep ? :-\:-\
I live on the 19th floor and it gets kind of cold in the morning and its so foggy if I stand in my balcony it feels like im in the clouds. So I get up extra early. It looks so awesome.
I wake up around 5:30 every morning. First thing is, I check work email. After that, my day is a whirlwind of juggling being a mother and wife while maintaining my job and my writing.
I grudgingly get out of bed around 8. I walk like a zombie to the coffee maker and start the coffee. While coffee is brewing, I make my kids their breakfast. When coffee is done, I down the first cup and am magically transformed into a human again! When everyone is done eating, on weekdays, we start our lessons of the day! I homeschool our kiddos :)
University always starts early for me so I have to wake up at around 6:30. I have breakfast get dressed and live at about 7:30, take a train, then metro, the a bus, so I'm at class at about 8:45 (sometimes with a paper cup of French coffee with too much milk because I just can handle it). The lesson starts at 9. I love my classes but I hope some of them will start later the next semester. When I don't have classes I wake at about 9:30 because I am so tired. After breakfast I love walking in the city (or in my hometown if I am on holidays), meet friends or get lost in huge bookstores. If I stay at home I read, chat with friends or cook.
I lie in bed for a few minutes, clearing my head, then heat up a cup of last night's coffee (i know, i know) and check yahoo news, then facebook. do my morning online devotions. If the hubby's home we make breakfast and snuggle. If he's working, I head into my morning housework.
Since I am attending courses in a college, I have to wake up around 7AM. On normal days, like this, I would go out to a bakery, grab a coffee and some pastry, and then attend my classes. On weekends, however, I usually sleep in and eat brunch after I wake up.
get ready to leave on weekdays, but on weekends I mostly sit around and do nothing except sundays. sometimes i'll just look outside tho. always something to smile about. :)
