These chapters have a varying number of different pov charactersWe meet Siuan & Min on run from Gareth Bryne, also Bryne is on their trail as he thinks their is something suspicious about Siuan, wonder where he has seen her :P.
Meanwhile Siuan tries to use the blues network and passes information in their spy network by which she will still be able to get all messages even though she is not an Aes Sedai/Amrylin anymore.
Next we catch up with She hulk aka Braid tugger aka Nynaeve, she along with Elyane and Thom, Julian have reached Amadicia where they stumble across Mr Right i.e. Gallad.
And Mr Right has done another stupid thing, i.e. he has joined the children of light, he tells Elayne that she should go back to Caemlyn along with Egwene so that they can be safe.
Elayne knowing her brother, and so she knows that he is going to tell children of light regarding her, so she escapes with Nyaneve and crew and they finally end up joining a circus to go un-noticed for their journey.
Nynaeve gets an attitude adjustment in dream world when she meets with Egwene, she also comes to know from Brigitte that the forsaken have been very active in the dream world and are planning something big.
Nynaeve also teleports herself to the white tower in the dream world where she discovers that Siuan has been stilled and executed and Elaida has become the new Amrylin.
We get a pov from Liandrin when she is hanging out with her black sisters, they get a surprise visit from Moghdien who teaches all of them some manners and gives them a task of finding Nyaneve and Elayne.
We also get pov of queen Morgese where in she can see how Gabriel her lover who is also an forsaken has taken control of everything in the palace and how she has become a puppet in his hands.
I feel like I'm enjoying this a lot more than my original read. I remember finding the parts that didn't focus on Rand/Mat slow, but I'm enjoying all the stories so far.
Nynaeve is already starting up her obnoxious braid tugging and other behavior that make her hard to like at times for me, but there are glimpses of the great things about her mixed in and I came to like her a lot by then of the series, so I suspect that is influencing my reread.
I really enjoy the Dreamworld stuff a lot. Interesting the sort of things Nyneave and Egwene learn there.
Galad on the other hand, I never liked start to finish. He's not a bad person, but his Lawful Good tendencies drive me crazy. Some of the later parts with him and the White Cloaks are interesting because they aren't the beacon of light he believes them to be. Not to mention the conflict between their hatred of Aes Sedai and his loyalty to Elayne.
I was excited to see Morgase break away from Gabriel's control finally. I think I recall where that story line is heading, but I'm not entirely certain. Either way I love Lini! She's such a great character. We once again meet some past characters including the one guard whose apparently still loyal, and the inn keeper who is friends with Thom. Pretty interesting (though not surprising) to learn that Thom's skill at the Game of Houses helped Morgase to secure her crown.
