Personality: If you had to describe Mira in one word, it would be, strange. She's almost an opposite of herself. She's nearly always happy, but when you get her mad she'll explode in your face. She's kind of a rebel, but still obeys for the most part. She likes being social, but if the crowd is too big she'll curl up into a ball with a book and not come out. She's a daredevil. She's done all kinds of crazy things from dares and has broken more bones more times than anyone she knows. She drags her friends into her crazy stunts sometimes, but makes sure they don't get hurt.

History: She has had a relatively normal life. Other than the fact that she has broken bones from climbing tall trees and falling, climbing trees and jumping, jumping onto the hood of a car while it was driving from the top of her house and from in the middle of the street, and her biggest stunt, jumping from a three story building with only four bed sheets as a parachute. It's miracle she’s still alive! She has two younger brothers and an older sister that drive her insane! One time, her sister tied her to a tree. She got out pretty easily because her sister is terrible at knots, but for payback, Mira put a garden snake in her sister’s bed. Both of them got grounded, but Mira thinks the look on her sister's face was totally worth the grounding.

Appearance: Long, light brown/caramel colored hair. Hazel brown eyes. She has freckles on her nose and cheekbones. She's a little thinner than most people, and a little taller than average. She looks very athletic, which she is. She's always wearing jeans with holes in the knees and a long grey t-shirt and grey tennis shoes. Personality: Paige is kind for the most part, but she's pretty sassy and a little rebellious. She's a little bossy, being an older sister can do that to you, but she has a big heart. She loves to sing and play the piano and violin. One of her biggest goals is to become a world famous violinist. She couldn't care less about what people think of her, and she doesn't give any special attention to guys.

History: She's the middle child of three children. She has an older brother and a younger brother that she loves dearly. Her parents abandoned the three after her younger brother Jamie was born. Her older brother Joel, who was ten at the time, was forced to take care of his four year old sister and his newly born brother. They lived in the streets, begging and sometimes stealing (only if absolutely necessary). They lived like that for eight years. As soon as Joel turned eighteen though, they managed to get back on their feet. Joel got a job working from eight in the morning to nine thirty at night. The job paid enough for them to get Jamie a day sitter. With Jamie at daycare, Paige got herself a job, only working the hours the Jamie was at daycare. The money brought in from both Joel and Paige working all day, five days a week was enough to get them a small appartment. A few more years of working and saving bits of money where they could, got them a better house, and enough money to send Paige to school.

[History] Rune had a fairly normal life other than that when he was ten, his parents got a divorce. He grew up as normally as he could, having to go back and forth between his parents. When he was finally old enough to decide which parent he'd rather stay with, he chose neither of them, forcing the custody battle to continue. He loves both of his parents, even if they annoy him most of the time. After a few more years of going back and forth, he had no choice but to make a decision. By then he was sixteen, almost seventeen. He tried everything he could to get out of having to choose, not wanting to hurt either of his parent's feelings, and he even stalled until he turned seventeen, but eventually they made him choose. It didn't make his choice any easier when his friends that he'd made from going to two different schools started begging him to choose the parent that was on their side of the country. Finally Rune decided that he would just go live with his grandparents (who needed help anyway). They lived right in the middle of the country so Rune was only a short flight away from both groups of friends. When he turned eighteen, his grandparents where sent to a home, and he went to boarding school.

[Personality] Rune's nice for the most part, but he has a mean side. He's not super social and would rather just stay in his dorm when he isn't in class, but he won't decline an invitation to an event. He makes friend pretty easily once he's approached. He's pretty quiet, but he'll speak his mind if he thinks he can contribute to the conversation.

[History] His mother, being a deeply tanned Hawaiian, and his father, being a big buff Polynesian, were very surprised when they saw their two newborn twins were white as white can be. Despite the oddity they loved their children as unconditionally as most other parents. They were oblivious to the fact that the twins were getting bullied a lot at school though. When their parents found out, they tried to home school for a few years. When that didn't work either, they decided to send the twins to a boarding school in hopes that it would be a more protected area for them.

[Personality] Abbot hasn't been separated from Costella for more than a week since the day they were born, so he's very protective of her. He's very kind to everyone, because he knows what it's like to be bullied, and he doesn't want anyone to feel like that. He's only been mean about ten times in his life, and those were only when he was protecting Costella.

[History] Kori had an average country life. She lived the simple lifestyle of a country girl and didn't experience much hardship. She loved/loves hunting and wouldn't miss hunting season for the world. Growing up, she was always around horses and she's a very good rider. She would often hum or sing while doing chores and she discovered that she loved doing that too. She has a beautiful voice, and isn't shy about it, though she never brags about it either. She heard of Lakewood when fifteen and begged her parents to let her go. They finally, after much begging and pleading, let her go.

[Personality] Kori is a kind and delicate person. Except for, she's not delicate at all. She's tough as nails and has quite a temper. She isn't sensitive in the least and can take an insult as a compliment. She of course hides this with a soft, sweet, gentle exterior so people will underestimate her. She's quite charming and isn't afraid to use it to her advantage.

[History] Teddy's parents split when he was little. His mother didn't even try to fight for him, so he went to his dad by default. He didn't like his dad at all, even as a toddler. He had to suffer through public school for most of his life. Since he used to be a very easily frightened kid before, his brown hair gradually turned pure white with fright because the school bullies thought it was the funniest thing to scare him. Recently, he got sick of never being able to fight back and asked his dad to be sent to a boarding school. His dad, having mutual hatred for Teddy, gladly sent him away. Now at the school, Teddy has a chance to redefine himself. He decided to be the funny one that made everyone happy, because he hates seeing people feel how he used to feel.

[Personality] Teddy is a very jokey 'crack a joke to lighten the mood' kind of person. He's always trying to make people smile and laugh, because he knows how bad it feels when someone tries to do the opposite to you. He's also the kind of defender of the school. He doesn't like seeing people being bullied, and in a school this big, there are bound to be some obnoxious bullies. So he defends the weaker people, sometimes getting detention in the process. So he's the hero to everyone except for the jerks who's trash he kicks.
