I know her father didn't realize the significance, but would it have hurt him to rent a storage space and save everything? Sometimes things others view as junk and worthless can hold the most special memories. That way she could have told him what was important to her. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 4 (view spoiler)[I would hate to have my life dictated like that. Being forced to get engaged, even if it's only pretend, is so ridiculous. I wonder how many, if any, of the Hollywood "romances" are the same type of thing. (hide spoiler)]
