Linda (rudylkr) | 8999 comments I thought this was going to be so much harder than it turned out to be. Browsing at Half Price Books one of the first books I looked at fit teddy bear day and then looking through my books at home the first one I grabbed had a bed on it. So here's the plan.

Banned Books Month, Fight Procrastination Day, Read a Book Day, and International Literacy Day — Murder at The Washington Tribune

Teddy Bear Day — The Mournful Teddy

Make Your Bed Day — Sinister Sudoku

International Talk Like a Pirate Day — Boiled Over

National Apple Dumpling Day, National Cherries Jubilee Day, and Johnny Appleseed Day — A Peach of a Murder

Murder at The Washington Tribune (Capital Crimes, #21) by Margaret Truman The Mournful Teddy (A Bear Collector's Mystery #1) by John J. Lamb Sinister Sudoku (Sudoku Mystery, #3) by Kaye Morgan Boiled Over (A Maine Clambake Mystery, #2) by Barbara Ross A Peach of a Murder (A Fresh-Baked Mystery, #1) by Livia J. Washburn

I do believe this one will be easier than it may initially seem to people. In addition to John Lamb's teddy bear series, there is also the Aunt Dimity series by Nancy Atherton that features a stuffed rabbit. There is also a stuffed cat in Dead Bolt, and animatronics in one of the "Museum" books by Sheila Connolly.

BEDS. In addition to the Sudoku book, I can suggest Murder under Cover by Kate Carlisle, Three Bedrooms, One Corpse by Charlaine Harris, Dream a Little Scream by Mary Kennedy, and Irish Chain by Earlene Fowler. To name but a few. '-)
