This is one of my posts from a Secret Agent role play that unfortunately went south before it really began.

A sprite-like woman perched herself delicately on a stool at the bar, ever mindful of the black cocktail dress wrapped around her person. It was her favorite as it showcased most of her many tattoos that decorated her small form with its sweetheart neckline and asymmetrical hem. She paired the dress with a red heels that, though gave her a few more inches in height did not allow her to touch the floor while she sat, and a small clutch purse shaped like a coffin.

Said woman, known to most as Lilith or by her handle Fable, politely ordered a non-alcoholic drink as her manicured nails traced random patterns on the bar top. She felt a little out of place in such a grand hall among professionals such as these people.

Normally she wasn't one to be intimidated, you couldn't be soft if you have lived the way she had, but no one could really blame her for being on edge. It wasn't just because she was a new recruit, the bottom of the food chain, but also because she was sure most if not everyone in here could kill her in a heart beat if they so chose to.

That didn't mean she was going to let anyone know she was even a tiny bit uncomfortable though. There was nothing that ticked her off more than people viewing her as weak. She may be small, but she was fierce.

When she received her drink she took a small sip and spun in her seat to watch the others mingle with one another. She was amazed at how many good looking people seemed to work for this secret agency.

'Maybe it is a requirement?' She thought with a small chuckle as she continued to sip on her drink, her eyes scanning the crowd lazily as her free hand played with the pendant that lay between her breast. 'If so, this will be even more fun than I had originally thought.' (hide spoiler)]

She was appalled that he had sent her to live with her aunt and his sister, she had a fully grown brother that was at the least twenty years older then her. "As for blame, I share part of it. I'm a Scout for a reason and I could of stopped the attack. This is as much my fault as it is yours. I just wish that Stefan would realize that almost no body likes him because we've never changed from tradition and that we have feeling just like mortals." Dani was compassionate about things that meant nothing towards others and it made her strive farther then most thought. "My medications work fine and I don't smoke. I think it's awkward to inhale something that I'll just cough at because my lungs aren't used to it. "Markus I swear to Solaria I'm going to murder you," Ashe snapped instantly her eyes glaring into his like fire. Even though Rick and Joss were suppose to protect her she honestly had just am much of a protective nature over them. She could hear the librarian yelling at them now, but it was mostly insults towards Markus who honestly didn't seem to care. She was completely distracted from trying to clean her attention utterly focused on Markus. Her hand was already tracing towards her wrist bracers where her knives were kept.

"Oh what's wrong Ashy? I can't play with you or the chimeras? That's so mean! Of course I could find thousands of others to play with. I am after all the great and powerful Markus Velafi. But their embarrassment is so adorable," he said taking Rick's hand and once more shoving his face into Rick's. Ashe had honestly had quite enough at this point.

"Markus if you don't step off now I'm going to order them to kill you if I don't do it myself," she snarled in a voice like ice. It was a tone not even Rick of Joss had heard her take yet. Most likely because she tried to avoid using the icy snarl as much as she possibly could.

"Why do you care about them so much? They aren't real people. They don't think for themselves, they only ser-" Markus was cut of when Ashe strode right up to him pushing (gently) past Rick and knocking him in face. There was a sickening crunch and blood started to squirt from his nose. "What the hell!" He yowled holding his hands to his now very very broken if not pulverized nose.

"Come on Rick, Joss. We're leaving," she said in a tone that was at least a thousand times kinder than the voice she had but moments ago been using on Markus. Her body was a lot more relaxed now and the voice she used wasn't one of an order as much as it would of been a request. She tended to use kind tones with the pair, but the tone she used now was the kindest yet similar to how the one she used on Markus as the coldest. She didn't often use tones of endearment of fondness but the way she spoke you could hear it in her voice that she cared for the pair more than just a pair of servants. Her voice said enough and Markus quickly realized the mistake that Ashe thought of the siblings something akin to friends. Even if she would always be put on the pedestal of the mistress and maybe even secretly hated. She didn't mind. (hide spoiler)]
(If she is approved I kind of had an idea I wanted to talk to you about for her if I could maybe shoot you a PM? It's just a little idea that I kinda wanna try because I thought it would be cool and I have confidence in my ability to pull it off)

Over the years she had grown to accept her role in hell as a half demon/human hybrid. She had never agreed with the way hell was run before and she didn't hesitate to take down the man she considered her uncle and taking over the throne herself. She was half human but she was the only of her kind; the antichrist that had been written about by prophets. The demons around her had a mix of emotion, some anger, some fear, some confusion, and a lot of disgust. But though they may not like what she was, especially that she was half human, they were all loyal to her. She wouldn't allow anyone to betray her, and if they did they'd see how cruel she could really be. "Now," she started, her eyes scanning the room again, taking in the twisted and warped faces behind the skin bags. "We have two people we need to take care of, but i don't want them dead. I have plans for them. If you bring them to me alive I'll let you live, but they can't be hurt." She commanded, her eyes melting into a sickening solid black. She waited for a few protests to calm down. She would love nothing more to kill off these two, but the one was hers and she wouldn't see him be anyone else's. She wanted to spend the time to turn him demon and bring him to her, to be the king to her queen.

"You want them alive? They deserve to die, they've killed enough of us... including your father." Her eyes snapped to the demon speaking and she bared her teeth in a snarl.

"My father deserved to die." She snapped, stepping down from the raised platform she had stood on, making her way to the demon and grabbing him around the throat and lifting him into the air. "I want them alive and that is that." (hide spoiler)]

Kendrix and Seumas both were rather calm during this whole ordeal. It wasn't like this sort of thing never happened before but it was an insanely rare thing. Both knew if they'd react then it could only worsen her state. Kendrix let her blow off her steam, watched her stalk off. She wished to go and comfort her but she wasn't good at that, she could end up making her more distraught if she tried. Drix clenched her hand into a fist and Seumas got the message though he didn't need to have been. The beast of a man stood up, glanced at Thomas and muttered a harsh sounding thanks but it was just because of the fact he didn't use his voice often. Seumas then walked out of the room after Blair. He felt uneasy at first upon seeing her crying like that, unsure how to handle it at first but went over to Blair, looking down at her and wrapped her into a gentle one arm hug. He had some experience comforting his sister once upon a time but everyone was different and he had changed much since then. Seumas did feel the need to punch the guy... everywhere for making her cry, though, it was an itch that couldn't be scratched.
Kendrix exhaled after a moment since Seumas left the room and looked at Tom. "I should have prepared you, Blair, as she said, what other people feel generally affects her," she informed him calmly. "She is always trying to find ways to help people, it gets her into a lot of trouble. Do not hold her curiosity against her," Kendrix explained with her tone firm and yet in a sense, soothing.
Kendrix then smiled, "the meal was good, reminded us all a little of home so thank you for doing that but I will have to say that Seumas most likely won't fight this evening," she informed him and sat back in her chair, amusement stirring in her gaze. "If he were to, his aim would be to kill," she expressed. Whether he succeeded or not wasn't the issue there but she wouldn't risk it. Kendrix stood then and collected the dishes they had used, she was someone who didn't truly enjoy requiring others to assist her. If she was capable then she would be doing it, that included chores such as cooking and cleaning. Kendrix was concerned for her sister, but she was not the emotional type unless it happened to be anger which was sparked a bit earlier but quelled down enough. Evidently, her attempts at comfort wouldn't be appreciated in this circumstance.

(view spoiler)[Sonja was at the holding cells in the Auction House. This wasn't a first for her but the last time she was her she was a small child. Recently, her master had died of old age and she was brought back her. The door opening brought her out of her thoughts and Sonja was quick to stand up and follow the guard. They were taking her and a few others to be bathed before the auction would start to show how lovely or how tough the slave is.
Upon entering the wash room Sonja first noticed their were not tubs but the room was for group showers. She was uncomfortable with this as there were some males around. Sonja was a modest girl but also she was still a virgin. One guard pushed her and growled at her to undress. Of course she knew better then to fight against them so she stripped her clothes off slowly.
When everyone had undressed the showers started and it was ice cold. The treatment was usually as everyone hated slaves it seemed. Trying to hurry with washing herself, Sonja felt eyes on her back and she knew it wasn't from another slave. She was used to being watched when visitors came over to her former master's home. Most men thought it would be absolutely great to have a slave as pure as her since few were but she guessed she was lucky. Her master was a woman that only wanted someone to work around the house and to entertain her. (hide spoiler)]

"Hold still please, miss," Arlo exclaimed, a red-color spreading onto his plastic blue gloves that he was holding a pair of small tweezers with. It was a Solar pack's sentinel, she had been wounded by a bullet that had entered her shoulder, along with many knife and claw wounds that he took a long time to patch up in white bandages. He pressed on her shoulder, easing his touch when he heard her wince. "Sorry." He mumbled, his voice an octave higher as his other hand's tweezers entered her shoulder. He reached around for a piece of shrapnel to no success and quickly pried it out, not wanting to injure her any further.

He groaned. This process was taking longer than he thought and there were some other people that were in the infirmary, two healers just weren't enough. He was smart, just not brave enough to speak up. Not even the least. He just smiled at her goofily as he tried to figure out what was going on behind the scenes. He held the x-ray scanner over her shoulder, trying to identify the pieces of shrapnel.

She looked at him grumpily and he smiled sheepishly. "When am I going to be out of here?" She asked, ignoring the pain in her shoulder. "Soon enough," Arlo said, identifying the shrapnel and making a grab for it with the tweezers. They both winced as he pulled out a large piece of shrapnel. Whilst he resisted the urge to scream out loud, he placed it in the box with her name labeled on it. "Finished, ma'am."
