Sorry I'm 2 days late with this one, but I haven't been feeling well and forgot all about it until today.

Monica, If I remember correctly not all the books need to be Paranormal, just most of them.
That ONLY is going to make it harder than I had thought, I had been thinking of books like... or but they do both have more than ONLY a shoe. I was also thinking of the Jaz Parks series but the first book isn't a shoe.

Ann, so sorry you aren't feeling well, Summer colds are the worst. Sure hope you can rest this weekend, and get over it.

Hum, we did this one once before and didn't have trouble with that selection. Let me see if I can find it again and see what all people read. And it's up to THREE none PNR/UF books per month. Steampunk counts as a PNR/UF sub-genre as do the PN-mysteries.

I'm going to allow a foot or head for the shoes and hat. But NOT the face--just the back of the head. Clothes can have just the body (no head, no legs/feet). They are usually hard to tell what they are if they aren't spread out or on a mannequin or something.

I have such a hard time with this one. I've pretty much moved to reading only on either my Kindle or my Nook, which means that I see very few covers. My arthritis in my hands and wrists is getting worse, and even the e-books can feel too heavy at times. That's when I have to read in the bed, so that I can prop it on the pillow to read. This getting old ain't for sissies, is it? (And I'll only be 61 on the 25th, so I'm not even that old, especially considering how many of my female relatives have lived to be over 100.)

But anyway, I've also decided that since that last category is being such a pain, just go with anything that even remotely meets the criteria.
