Graeme Rodaughan I'm obsessed with writing about the individual vs a corrupt authority.

E.g. Luke Skywalker vs the Emperor, Neo vs the Architect of the Matrix, Katniss Everdeen vs President Snow, etc.

I'm also obsessed by coming of age stories and how people mature into their full power and the moral consequences of their comprehension and use of that power.

I love action, suspense, and thrilling stories.

When I have nightmares (sometimes - not often), there are often vampires in them - so I write about vampires as villains, not as heroes.

I like stories with some romance.

I love stories where the good guys are heroic, loyal to each other, out-numbered, and fighting horrible odds.

I love stories where the bad guys are finely drawn and are bad for well developed reasons, and not by accident.

I love stories where the characters (on all sides) are smart and do not get into trouble by being stupid.

I love stories with multiple threads of conflict - not simple.

I love fantasy, science fiction and horror stories that capture the above and bundle it up between a front and a back cover...
